Who We Are

was established in 2018 and legalized in 2020. It was from the pressing need to address systemic and structural inequalities responsible for the health outcomes of children, girls and women. in order to realized its mission of strengthening the health system it addresses determinants of health.

DHO Cameroon believes in the need to build resilient health systems in Africa by (i) advancing research for evidence base interventions and policy formulation, (ii) health education to empower children, adolescents, youths and women to decide and claim their health rights (iii) policy advocacy from evidence base research.

DHO is continuously working so that children and women have access to quality health services and become empowered.
